A strange time of change in my life led me to spend time at a camping compound in Venice, Italy for a month.
I really should have taken photos of the compound and the colorful personalities I had the honor of meeting. But I guess my goals of shooting in the heart of the city was my ultimate goal from the start. In part to help me through this transition period, and well lets be honest, to conveniently excuse myself from any unwanted social interactions if ever needed.
I have been to Venice on multiple occasions and I can never get enough of it. From life on the mainland, the artistic buzz of the city we think of, and the tranquil views of Murano it's refreshing. The pockets, hidden jems, and most of all the people who live there make this a cozy city. I never had the chance to truly take some time to photograph the city, but on this trip I was able to focus more on it.
Here are some of my favorite photos from the experience (There are two photos from a Florence trip. Curious if anyone will notice.)
